An enjoyable massage that induces relaxation with smooth, soft, gliding strokes.  This classic massage stimulates circulation, improves muscle tone, releases tension, and relieves stress.

THERAPEUTIC: 60 minutes $75.00 / 90 minutes $105.00

A combination of relaxation massage and remedial massage to not only relax your whole body but work through some of the muscle issues or "tight spots" you may be experiencing. 

 

DEEP TISSUE:  45 minutes $65.00 / 60 minutes $75.00

A therapeutic massage with attention to specific tight areas.  Excellent for “knots”, chronic tightness and emotional tension.  Uses deep finger pressure, slower strokes of friction techniques across the groin muscles.  Deep tissue massage is used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury.

 

PREGNANCY MASSAGE: 60 minutes $65.00 / 90 minutes $95.00

This particular massage is used to reduce stress, decrease swelling, relieve aches and pains, and reduce anxiety and depression.  Various positioning techniques and modalities are used to customize your individual needs. (not performed in the 1st trimester)

CUPPING MASSAGE: 50 minutes $65.00 / 60 minutes $75.00

An ancient form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin in effort to help treat pain, scar tissue and inflammation.

 

HOT/COLD STONE: $20.00 add on service

Smooth stones are placed on certain points on the body to warm and loosen tight muscles.  This technique is good for relaxation and is often used with a lighter touch massage.
